A Field Training Officer Program in Wildlife Law Enforcement

The Field Training Officer Program is 1 part of the total wildlife officer selection process. This is accomplished by selecting experienced senior officers and placing them in specialized seminars where they are taught how to assist, direct, and evaluate probationary officers in the field.
